What to Expect
Your first
60 minutes.
Dr. Baradaran meets every new patient personally. Your consultation is not delegated to a hygienist or coordinator. He is in the room from the first minute. Plan for one hour.
Comprehensive periodontal exam
Dr. Baradaran evaluates the health of your gum tissue, bone levels, and tooth support structure. Not a routine cleaning. A full diagnostic review.
Digital X-rays reviewed together
We review imaging with you chairside so you can see exactly what we see. Nothing is interpreted in a back room and summarized at you.
Diagnosis and treatment options
Dr. Baradaran explains your findings in plain language and presents all treatment options, conservative through surgical, with honest tradeoffs for each.
All your questions answered
We do not move to the next patient until you feel informed. No pressure, no upselling, no rushed handoff to a coordinator.

New patient forms are available to complete online before your visit. Look for the link in your appointment confirmation. Arriving with completed forms lets us spend the full hour on you, not paperwork.
Dental insurance card
We will verify your benefits before your appointment at no charge.
List of current medications
Including any supplements or blood thinners. These affect surgical planning.
Prior dental X-rays
If available, bring any X-rays taken within the past 12 months.
Referral letter
If your dentist or physician referred you, bring the letter or note the provider's name.
