How We Work Together
When you refer a patient to our practice, you are not handing them off. You are temporarily extending your team. Your patient is seen promptly, treated expertly, and returned to your care with a comprehensive report on exactly what was done and what to expect going forward.
Every consultation results in a detailed written report sent directly to your office. We document diagnosis, treatment performed, post-operative instructions, and any restorative recommendations relevant to your continued care of the patient. Nothing is left to the patient to relay.
Dr. Baradaran is available by phone for case discussions. If you want to talk through a complex patient before referring, call the office directly. We treat that communication as a standard part of a well-run referral relationship.

Conditions & Procedures We Treat
Gum Disease
Scaling and root planing, LANAP laser therapy, osseous surgery, and ongoing maintenance for gingivitis through advanced periodontitis. Dr. Baradaran coordinates directly with your office on restoration timing post-treatment.
Dental Implants
Full implant placement for single tooth, multiple teeth, and full-arch cases. 15,000+ implants placed over 32 years. Implant-crown collaboration with your restorative team is standard workflow.
Bone Grafting
Socket preservation at time of extraction, ridge augmentation for future implant sites, and defect grafting around existing implants and teeth. Coordinated directly with implant or restorative timelines.
Gum Grafting
Connective tissue grafts, free gingival grafts, and Pinhole Surgical Technique for recession correction. Restorative, aesthetic, or both. Sensitivity cases and pre-crown recession addressed.
Crown Lengthening
Restorative crown lengthening coordinated with your planned margin depth and restoration timeline. Cosmetic crown lengthening for gummy smile cases referred by cosmetic and restorative dentists.
Periodontal Maintenance
Post-treatment 3–4 month maintenance for patients who have completed active periodontal therapy. Co-therapy protocols available: maintenance alternating between our office and yours based on patient risk level.

About Dr. Baradaran
Dr. Sharyar Baradaran received both his DDS and his MS in Periodontics from UCLA. He has practiced exclusively in Beverly Hills for more than 32 years. That depth only comes from treating a high volume of complex periodontal cases over decades.
At 15,000+ implants placed, he is among the most experienced implant periodontists in Southern California. Active in continuing education on current implant systems and evolving surgical techniques.

Our team contacts your patient within one business day to schedule. Urgent cases are prioritized for 48–72 hour slots.
Consultation & Treatment
Dr. Baradaran evaluates the patient and provides treatment as indicated. Your patient is in expert hands throughout.
Report Back to You
A comprehensive written report is sent to your office after the consultation. Patient is returned to your care ready for the next step.
